Truffle ShuffleSince I was about 11/12 years old I’ve been into T-shirts. I don’t just mean any old t-shirts, but ones with some style, some originality, somethingotherthan the Polo, GAP normality that I encountered when shopping with my mother in my earlier years. I have collected shirts ranging from screen prints courtesy of my artistic friends, old electrician shirts (the ones with name tags on them), to the more recent styles of places like Threadless and my newest discovery….Cotton Factory.com. This is not your run of the mill site that offers designs that looked like they were thrown together in about 5 minutes. These are some very well thought-out ideas (ok some may have only taken 5 minutes, but they’re clever to say the least), shirts saying “My other car is a Transformer”, to the simple Atari (game console) symbol. So if you dig t-shirts or need to fill some closet space, check out Cotton Factory.

It seems like banksy is doing well for himself, last week his work “Space Girl and Bird” sold for 20 times the estimated, selling for £288,000 by a telephone bidder in the US. Along with the last painting, Banksy sold 3 more paintings £198,000, £75,000, £32,000. Now I just need to find him so I can ask him for some cash, if only we knew his identity.

I don’t know about you, but for me every morning the alarm clock and I duke it out. I always come out TRIUMPHANT, while my alarm clock usually gets suffocated with pillows and about 3 deadly blows to its Snooze. If you have symptoms of this morning laziness, Shower Shock is the remedy for you! While a cold shower might be an easy solution to wake up, how about an extra boost of caffeinated soap. So even before you down an extra large coffee with 5 sugars, you already have alittle pep in your step!

Sometimes I don’t know how to do things, like live my life. Lucky for me VideoJug has a ton of video tutorials on things that happen everyday from kissing, to folding clothes, to talking on the subway, and even eating sushi. Definitely a good idea and some of the videos are pretty funny, just because they’re kind of ridiculous. Anyway, sorry for the zero posts yesterday, hope this makes up for it. Go learn to live through video jug.

Can’t get enough of Wagamama. I used to eat here all the time while in London and not going to lie, they offer a good dish for a pretty fair price. The restaurant is generally based in London but starting this year they decided to branch off to the US and have planned to open 3 in Boston. The first one actually opened two days ago at Faneull Hall and the other two will be opening in Harvard Square and Marketplace center on State Street. So if any of you are in the area go take a trip to Wagamama, Personal recommendation for some cheap eats.
